El Toreo – If you’re not a fan of bullfighting in general, you may want to skip this very monotonous slot. The key attractions are the average return on investment (RTI) and large variance.

Theme and plot of the story
El Toreo is a television series that is based on the once glamorous (but now somewhat gloomy) world of bullfighting. A ferocious bull, the roses that are usually tossed to victorious matadors, and the matador himself are among the symbols used in the sport. It seems that the matador here resembles the hero on the cover of a low-budget romance paperback novel.
Despite the fact that the concept and aesthetics are a touch obsolete, there are still a few unironic matador positions floating about. If that’s what you’re looking for, this slot machine has you covered.
Graphics, sounds, and animations are all included.
The visuals on this slot machine are a major disappointment. The art style has a cheesy and tawdry appearance to it. The romance book style does not enhance the appearance and instead detracts from it by taking away its style and charm.
The music is inconspicuous, although it is pretty boring and does not seem to fit the topic especially well.
The animations are straightforward, but at the very least they are clear and simple to follow.
Gameplay
El Toreo is based on a rather straightforward slot structure. There are five reels in all, with three rows on each of them. There are 10 paylines and a straightforward free spins bonus on this slot (see below for details).
The only special symbols are the wild and scatter. There is no option to bet in this game.
In other words, if you’ve played a few slots before, you should have a fairly decent sense of how this one will play out.
Wilds, bonuses, and free spins are all included in this game.
The Wild symbol may be used to replace any other symbol with the exception of the Scatter symbol. When the Wild symbol lands, it expands to cover the whole reel.
A Free Spin bonus is triggered when three or more Scatter symbols appear on the screen. As well as the payout for the Scatters, the player receives 10 free spins.
During the Free Spins round, the Wild symbol remains in place. This implies that any Wilds that appear during the free spins will remain in place for the duration of the free spins.
Bet sizes, return on investment (RTI), and variance
The return to player for this game is 96.08 percent, which is almost perfectly in line with our benchmark for average of around 96 percent (see below). We’re not going to argue over 0.08 percentage points if you’re not going to.
There was a wide selection of bets available on the site we tested, ranging from a minimum bet per spin of $/£/€0.10 up to a maximum wager per spin of $/£/€50.00.
The volatility of this game is significant, which makes it a fantastic fit for our favourite slot machine methods, which we will discuss below. Our slot techniques are designed to provide the greatest amount of volatility feasible.
Conclusion
When it comes to bull fighting, El Toreo is a whole lot of bull… There is little to no mood or flair to be found in the images, which is disappointing.
The gameplay is also quite straightforward. The whole effect is devoid of the type of flair that you would expect from a slot with a matador theme. There is none of the pomp and circumstance associated with a bullfight.
When you include in the poor return on investment, the number of advantages is reduced to more or less merely the high volatility, which enables players to use our slot strategy recommendations. Having stated that, there are a plethora of positions that are better suited to that objective.
This slot barely piques our curiosity enough to charge it, much alone gore it in the traditional sense.
