Theme and plot of the story

In 2018, the first season of Miami Vice was around 35 years old, but that didn’t stop NetEnt from attempting to bring it back in the form of a slot machine that year. Hotline is not an official Miami Vice slot, so you won’t see the names Crockett and Tubbs anywhere on the screen, yet despite this, the slot manages to capture the flavor of the television series.

After a brief VHS-style introduction, you are presented with the play screen. Suddenly, you find yourself on a beach with pink sunsets and palm palms, as well as on a set of reels where white suits and red Ferraris are very much the order of the day.

Hotline is a five-by-three slot machine with a handful of modest changes that make a significant impact in the overall experience.
