Spin Town is the subject of this review.

Theme and plot of the story

Based on some of the wild Wild choices this slot offers, you may find yourself in London, potentially even on Abbey Road itself, while playing Spin Town. The reels are set up in the same manner as the stripes on a zebra crossing, and the gameplay revolves on the many types of Wild symbols that appear as they cross the crossing.

In addition to the hooligan gangs, Beefeaters, and 60s rock legends that reside on the premises, the concept is one that is continuously entertaining.

Graphics, sounds, and animations are all included.

All of the pictures and characters on the symbols are realized as entertaining and humorous cartoon characters, with the visuals resembling some kind of gentrified cartoon version of downtown London (albeit with American fire hydrants instead of the usual British ones).

There is a low-key soundtrack that is largely related to the spin and win noises, which are accompanied with superb animations done in a similar pleasant way as well.

Gameplay

Spin Town is a video slot game that has five reels, four rows, and forty paylines.

There are no bonus rounds in the traditional sense. Instead, Spin Town’s gameplay is based around a complex system of moving Wilds that should keep most players on their toes (see below for full details).

Spin Town stands out from the pack of similar slots because of its unique take on traditional gameplay.

Wilds, bonuses, and free spins are all included in this game.

Wild symbols are available in a range of shapes and sizes, and each one may be used to substitute for any other symbol on the reels.

The primary concept behind each Wild is that they will congregate at the edges of the reels at random and will cross the reels by one place each time the red light changes to green. The change of the light is likewise a random event that happens.

The Wilds that may congregate in this manner are as follows:

    There was no data found!

  • Sleepy Wilds, which may pause for multiple spins on one place;
  • Speedy Wilds, which may skip a reel between spins; and
  • Couple Wilds, which can bump into each other moving in opposite directions and become on Wild with a x2 multiplier.

The only symbols that are exempt from the crossing rule are the Hooligan, Rock and Roll, and Guardsmen symbols, which are activated by landing three or more of that symbol on the reels in a single round. The following is the behavior of these when they are triggered:

    There was no data found!

  • Hooligans will be triggered in small groups of Wilds all next to each other;
  • the Rock and Roll Wilds are four Wild symbols which will cross the roads back and forth up to ten times each; and
  • Beefeaters who when triggered walk in pairs across the reels.

Essentially, all of these Wilds act as substitutes for Bonus games in Spin Town, and they represent the times when the largest payouts are possible.

Bet sizes, return on investment (RTI), and variance

It is worth noting that the return to player for this game is 96.23 percent, which is somewhat higher than our yardstick for average of around 96 percent.

There was a wide selection of bets available on the site we tested, ranging from a minimum wager per spin of $/£/€0.20 up to a maximum stake per spin of $/£/€200.00. Most players should be pleased with this generous payout.

Higher volatility slots are preferred by us since they are compatible with our slot machine techniques. Spin Town, on the other hand, is a slot with intentionally minimal volatility, making it a poor match for our slot strategy. This may be a good option for players who are unconcerned with volatility data – or who favor low variance gaming – as it is for me.

Conclusion

Spin Town is a charming, visually appealing slot game with a strong sense of style and originality. It is this uniqueness that is reflected in both the graphics and the gameplay, which is centered on unusual “Wild Crossings.”

Unfortunately, because to its low volatility, the slot is of little benefit to players who follow our slot tactics, despite the fact that it has a respectable return to player percentage.
