Review of the film 40 Burning Hot
Theme and plot of the story
Some slot themes have achieved widespread popularity in a variety of difficult-to-explain ways. The Hot series of slot machines from EGT, for example, is connected by a same visual design and a common usage of fruit machine iconography throughout. A few of them, such as 40 Burning Hot, make advantage of the EGT progressive jackpot mechanism; however, others do not. Almost all of them have a color palette that is mostly orange.
40 Burning Hot distinguishes itself from the competition by incorporating a little Irish touch into the formula: the green backdrop is the most noticeable variation, but the four leafed clovers on the reels are also unique to the game.
For the most part, this slot should appeal to those who like a very plain theme and aren’t expecting for world building or a plot to accompany their gaming enjoyment.
Graphics, sounds, and animations are all included.
The visuals are a touch clumsy in their execution. They make use of the EGT software and artwork from previous games in the Hot series to create their game.
The animations are basic and easy to understand. They do a good job of keeping the player informed about the game’s results, but they don’t provide much in the way of flair or mood.
There is no accompanying music to accompany all of this. There are just the most basic spin and victory noises.
Gameplay
There isn’t much to the gameplay; the forty winning lines of the title are spread over a grid of five reels with four rows on each of them.
In addition, there is a gamble option that lets participants to play for double or nothing by predicting what color the next card will be from a digital deck of 52 cards.
The primary incentive to participate is that it provides the player with an opportunity to participate in the jackpot system (details below).
Wilds, bonuses, and free spins are all included in this game.
The Wild symbol may be used to replace any other symbol, with the exception of the Dollar and Star symbols.
A winning combination of three or more Dollar and Star symbols anywhere on the reels will result in a payout for that combination.
It appears on all reels and pays out three times the player’s total wager for three symbols, twenty times the player’s total bet for four symbols, and a whopping one hundred times the player’s total bet for five symbols.
The Star symbol only appears on the first, third, and fifth reels and pays out twenty times the total stake if it occurs on each of those three reels. It can only appear on the first, third, and fifth reels.
There are four different progressive jackpots available.
The Jackpot Feature has the potential to bring any random spin to a close. When the Jackpot Feature is activated, the player is presented with a twelve-card picking game, which they must complete in order to win the jackpot. On the reverse of each card is the name of one of the four progressive jackpots that are available. The player continues to choose cards until three jackpots of the same value are identified.
It is then decided who will get the jackpot, which is determined by whatever symbol appears on the three matching cards.
Bet sizes, return on investment (RTI), and variance
The return to player for this game is 95.93 percent, which is only a smidgeon below our rough threshold of around 96 percent for the average.
The range of bets available on the site we tested ranged from a minimum of $0.40 to a maximum of $80.00 per spin, with the least being $0.40 and the highest being $80.00.
The level of volatility in this game is moderate. Because our favorite slot techniques are characterized by significant volatility, this slot is just a marginal fit for them. However, players who prefer lower volatility may find this to be a plus in a way that we don’t.
Conclusion
Overall, 40 Burning Hot doesn’t provide much in the way of innovation, and it fails to separate itself from the plethora of other Hot games available from EGT. However, if you like such games, it is nearly probable that you will enjoy this one, as well.
The gameplay is good yet uninspiring, which is also true of almost everything else about this slot, from the aesthetics to the return to player percentage.
