Desert Cats – Desert Cats is a mediocre take on the ancient Egyptian subject that fails to wow. Poor artwork and lousy software design combine to create a gaming experience that we do not endorse.

Desert Cats is a game that is reviewed.
Theme and plot of the story
The cat was considered a holy animal by the ancient Egyptians, who represented it in art, placed the head of a cat on Bastet, the goddess of the sun, and even mummified their own pet cats when they died, according to historians.
Desert Cats, with its Egyptian-style artwork and magical backdrop images, taps into this old passion in an innovative way.
Featuring a creative variation on the very typical ancient Egyptian thread that has run through slot history, the theme is combined with a very new age atmosphere that includes purple backdrops and scantily clad priestesses.
Graphics, sounds, and animations are all included.
The symbols are well-rendered, although they are done in a cheesy manner. There’s something a little cheesy about it, which is frequently the case with new age images, but it works. However, although the animations are crisp and fluid, they do nothing to persuade the user to accept what is a disappointing succession of visual design decisions.
With its low-key synth tones, the music does little to assist the situation.
Overall, it is a horrible concept that has been executed brilliantly.
Desert cats is a seven-reel, four-row video slot that has a wild symbol. There are fifty paylines spread throughout those reels.
Wilds, bonuses, and free spins are all included in this game.
Wilds may be substituted for any other symbol with the exception of the Scatter symbol.
Every spin in the main game contains two full reels that have been completely transformed into Wilds. Both blue and red jewels are used to symbolize these in large 2×2 symbols, with the cat wearing a crown with a number of gems in either blue or red, as shown. Getting six or more red gems in the crowns earns you a jackpot, which ranges from ten times your bet for six red jewels to two thousand times your stake for ten red jewels, depending on the number of red jewels you get.
If you manage to land three or more Scatter symbols on the screen, you will be awarded with a free spin extra. Scatter symbols provide five free spins for three or more, fifteen free spins for four or more symbols with a payout of 10 times your wager, fifty free spins and a prize of fifteen times your stake for five or more Scatter symbols.
If you strike three Scatter symbols during the free spins bonus, you will be able to retrigger additional five spins. During the free spins, you have a chance to win up to this amount.
There are also two sets of paired reels that contain just Wild symbols. This allows for many opportunities for hitting huge combination wins during free spins.
Bet sizes, return on investment (RTI), and variance
This slot’s medium volatility is a little underwhelming, to say the least. This is especially true when combined with a return to player rate of 95.79 percent, which is only a hair below the industry average of 96 percent.
The wager sizes for the site we tested ranged from £/$/€0.50 at the lowest level, which may prevent certain micro stakes players from playing with their bankrolls, to £/$/€100.00 per spin at the highest level, which may prohibit some high rollers from playing with their bankrolls.
Desert Cats doesn’t accomplish anything for us on a general level, unfortunately.
The design is not especially enticing, and the game’s gameplay provides very little in the way of variety. There are some strange restrictions on the amount of money that may be wagered, as well as a low return to player and low volatility, making it a poor fit for our slot machine tactics.
This is a time period that we do not suggest.
