Theme and plot of the story
EggOMatic begins with an animated chicken stating with a lot of clucking and a few graphs that egg output is down and that only the EggOMatic machine can rescue it. The EggOMatic machine is then introduced. In the next scene, we are transported to a retro-futurist world where the aesthetic of the 1950s continues to be celebrated in a robot chicken farm where the EggOMatic produces as many riveted eggs as you could ever desire.
It’s a bizarre and entertaining scenario, but it’s one that’s so masterfully realized that, after the first uncertainty wears off, you don’t really question it anymore.

The visuals are just stunning. Each of the weird chicken robots comes to life thanks to proper 3D animation, while minor animations and terrific sound effects add a dash of spice to every little detail.
